Acts 26:28 — “Almost Thou Persuadest Me to Be a Christian”: What Did Agrippa Mean?

Scrivener uses γενέσθαι, ‘to become,’ while SBLGNT and NA28 use ποιῆσαι, ‘to make.’ The phrase ἐν ὀλίγῳ may concern a little time or a small argument, so Agrippa’s tone can be earnest, evasive, or ironic without changing the Greek text.
