Copyright, Public Domain, and Licenses

Original site text and design remain protected unless a different license is stated. Historical works may be public domain in one jurisdiction and restricted in another. A modern transcription, introduction, scan, or translation may have separate rights. A download record is not a representation that every use is lawful in every place.
