Acts 9:20, 22 — Did Paul Preach Christ or the Son of God, and Whom Did He Prove to Be Christ?
At verse 20 the received text names ‘Christ,’ whereas SBLGNT and NA28 name ‘Jesus.’ Verse 22 then says Saul proved ‘this one’ to be the Christ in both forms; the two readings differ in immediate naming but not in the argument that Jesus is the Son of God and the Christ.
